There's no doubt Carnival Games would work on Natal

Take-Two Interactive subsidiary Cat Daddy Games are working on a project that will be used with Natal, as well as Nintendo consoles. Spotted by SuperAnnuation, newly appointed writer at the development studio Lisa Albers reveals this on her LinkedIn profile, which states;

I will write all in-game text, voice-over scripts, and player manuals for game software developed for the Nintendo game consoles as well as the Microsoft Natal.

Cat Daddy Games have previously created party games, including Deal or No Deal and the Carnival Games series, which would certainly do well with Natal.
