Nov. 17 Release Date for Facebook, Twitter removed from Xbox Site

Last week it was reported that the new Xbox update (that features such applications as Twitter and Facebook) would be arriving on the system on November 17. This was confirmed on the Official Xbox Site, now however it seems we may not be seeing it November 17. Microsoft have updated the page and now the description currently says;

'Coming Soon. Services launch Autumn 2009'

So now it's unknown when we'll be seeing the update with Twitter, Facebook and even Last.FM on. A public beta of the update will soon be available however (expected mid-to-late October). We'll keep you posted on any updates of the... update.
