Metro 2033 Offers 10+ Hours Gameplay, No Demo, Plus New Feature Revealed

Via the games official Twitter, 4a-Games have revealed a few titbits about their upcoming horror-shooter Metro 2033. First off, the single-player only game will take players around 10 hours to complete, longer if you choose the ‘Hardcore’ mode.

The second is that due to popular demand, the game will have the option to revert all voice acting to their original Russian versions, with English subtitles. This, we can easily recommend. If there’s anything more haunting than treading slowly with a partner down a dark, dank, poorly-lit underground tunnel, it’s doing so while the partner is speaking Russian.

Unfortunately, it ends on a bad note. 4a-Games won’t have a pre-release demo of Metro 2033, meaning you’ll just have to trust us on this one – it’s going to rock.

The game will release on March 16 in the US, whilst EU residents will have to wait an extra three days. A brand new trailer is inbound 'soon', so keep those eyes peeled.
