Dead to Rights: Retribution - Expect more action than movie

The news that recently hit us, is that Final Fantasy XIII is in-fact 32.6GB of movies, and just 6.8GB of actual gameplay. And Volatile games, developers of the upcoming Dead to Rights: Retribution have said that some game developers would prefer to create movies instead of games.

Speaking in the latest issue of PLAY magazine, Retribution project director Imre Jele said;

"Everyone's trying to make a movie, some developers actually want to make movies instead of games and are putting hours of cut-scenes before I can even start playing the game, and I'm thinking 'bloody hell I bought a game, not a movie."

Volatile Games' latest title Dead to Rights: Retribution release on April 16 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Expect more action than movie.
