Reggie: Our Competitors Need To Be Worried

Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime has said that every competitor of the platform giant needs to be worried about what's on the way from them.

Sony and Microsoft have motion devices on the way for their own consoles, and with the expected price cut of the iPod Touch, speculation that the sales of the Wii and DS are suffering are lingering in the air. However, Nintendo are still confident of the future.

"All of our competitors need to be worried about what we're going to do." said Fils-Aime in an interview with IGN. "I don't worry about what they're going to do. We're going to continue to innovate."

No doubt we'll see this innovation at the E3 conference in June. We look forward to it.

Nintendo seems to be the only company that knows what its doing. 10.5 million units of super mario wii should tell you something about that.

OMG REGGIE ,WHAT IS IT>!>!> Is it another crappy console that tels you how much you weigh? Or an innovative handheld that you just have to think about to control it??!?!? Nintendo is so disconnected from their core audience and they have zero right to speak...theyve failed to innovate to me and keep relting on Mario games(that for the most part double for a casual experience), Zelda, Metroid, and fodder core games that either have a superior game on the other consoles, or a game that takes everything the Wii title and makes it look like absolute garbage...I dont think theyve had a solid core first party title since Smash Bros. and the fact tey continuously put out new garbage instead of extending their grip on beloved older games(Kirby, Donkey Kong Country,Star Fox, Kid Icarus etc..) is enough for me to want to take my family's wii and smash the wii mote in it repeatedly...I swear to god if by E3 im not actually impressed by one thing Wii will have Ninetendo's lost my money forever
