Nintendo: No Wii 2 'Any Time Soon'

Nitnendo have once again responded to claims that a successor to the Wii is in development. 

HD-Report spoke to Nintendo of America’s Cammie Dunaway, who told them "I don’t think it’ll [Wii 2] be any time soon"

“Even though our installed base it, at this point, 5 million households larger than the PS2 was at the same point in its lifecycle, Wii still has a lot of room to grow.” she added.

The supposed Wii 2 has been rumoured to be in development for over a year now. And it doesn't look like the speculation will be fading any time soon, especially with the E3 conference on the way.
