According to Ubisoft Reflections' Marketing Assistant Adam Lavis, the developer is planning to release downloadable content for the upcoming reboot of the Driver franchise.

"There is a plan, but we're not saying anything about it at this point." said Lavis, when speaking to GamerZines on the topic. "It hasn't been fully finalised, it just depends on what aspects of the game we can offer stuff for."

The game was announced ahead of the E3 conference last month, with a fair bit of anticipation following. John Tanner will also return as the games protagonist.

Driver: San Francisco releases for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC and Wii in November. A Collector's Edition will also be released by Ubisoft.
