Rumour: Prototype sequel in the works

We've been looking through the job listings again.

A recent job listing indicates that a sequel to Prototype may be in development. The games developers Radical Entertainment are currently looking for a senior mission designer to work on 'an exciting Open World Action/Combat Game'.

The listing states;

"Radical Entertainment is currently working on an exciting Open World Action/Combat Game and we're looking for a technically experienced and creative Mission Designer to join our studio."

One of the Vancouver based developers requirements for the job is that the employee must have shipped one AAA title in the past. 

DLC was never released for Prototype, so Radical could have been working on a sequel for several months now, and with InFamous 2 reportedly in development, they'll want to keep up with the competition.

We've contacted Radical Entertainment for comment.
