Next Firmware Update Video?

A video has appeared online that shows a pretty good Ratchet & Clank dynamic theme for the PlayStation 3's XMB. Though it seems it may be more than just a dynamic theme. If you look up in the top right hand corner, you would usually see a rectangular box surrounding the date and time. The users avatar would also be placed in the box with the number of friends that are currently online. So really this could be the new Firmware 3.10 update due to the fact that the PS3 has to have 3.00 installed to have dynamic themes.

Of course if it were to be the next update, we'll be seeing cross-game chat introduced to the XMB so fingers crossed we'll be seeing the update in the next month. For all we know, this could just be the theme test so take it lightly that this is the actual video of Firmware 3.10. See the video below;
