Monolith working on 'Project Hades', F.E.A.R. 3 possibly?

A CV of a former Monolith Productions artist states that the Washington based studio are working on 'Project Hades'.
Spotted by SuperAnnuation, it looks like the project will be heading to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. So could this be the subtitle for F.E.A.R. 3?
You can also see that Monolith are working on an 'Unannounced Title', as well as Project Hades. So could we be seeing sequels to F.E.A.R. 2 and Condemned 2?
