Confirmed: Javelin Glitch users will not be banned on PS3

Yesterday there were reports with no solid proof that Sony will not be taking any action against any PS3 users that use the Javelin glitch on Modern Warfare. This has today been confirmed.
We recently received an email from Sony saying "We will not be banning anyone from using the Javelin glitch."
Microsoft yesterday stated that any 360 users using the glitch will be suspended from Xbox Live. Wondering what the Javelin glitch is all about? Watch the video below;
