Black Ops Zombie Mode Hinted At By Treyarch

Zombies were one of additions to the Call of Duty series when Treyarch introduced them in a mode which supported both single-player and cooperative in World at War.
The mode was loved by many, and has become a big request for the recently announced Call of Duty: Black Ops after Infinity Ward decided not to opt for the un-dead in Modern Warfare 2.
Now though, Treyarch studio head Mark Lamia has hinted that the mode could return in Black Ops, stating - in the latest issue of Official PlayStation Magazine - that the team have listened to their followers.
"We really like the zombie mode, and as I mentioned I can't talk about the co-op mode other than to say that one of the reasons we love it so much is that it feels like it was a fan-adopted mode," said Lamia. He later asked the interviewer whether he personally wants the mode to return, with the obvious answer of yes, which received a reply of: "Okay. Well all I can tell you is we listen to our fan base."
So, zombies are still unconfirmed, but we feel that Treyarch are going to do exactly what their fan-base asks, in order to take the role of Call of Duty development king away from Infinity Ward. Meanwhile, Call of Duty: Black Ops releases this November.
