New Dashboard Public Beta Coming this month

Since it was first announced at the E3 Expo, you'll have a chance to give the new Facebook application for the Xbox 360. Its today been revealed that the update will have a public beta.

In fact, its not just Facebook you'll be testing out, you'll also have the chance to try out Twitter and Last.FM. How brilliant! Jennifer Puzio-Brookes, an Entertainment Manager for Xbox said the beta will be released "middle-towards-end of October." Which is most likely a wierd way of saying between October 15 and 31.

The public beta will be available to invited Xbox 360 gamers. Everything's looking good for this update so far. We'll be bringing you impressions of the update when its released to press.
