PlayStation Phone In Development At Sony Ericsson - WSJ Editor

Last month Sony Ericsson boss Bert Nordberg gave a huge hint that some sort of PlayStation phone is in the making. Now though, it seems the speculation is becoming reality.
In a recent episode of Digits, Wall Street Journal news editor Marcelo Prince stated:
"They're [Sony] launching a new smartphone that can download and play PlayStation games, that they're hoping can challenge the iPhone, and they're also developing a new multi-function device that kind of blends a netbook, cell-phone as well as and E-Reader that they're hoping will compete with Apple's coming iPad."
It comes as no surprise to us. Many have been asking for some sort of PlayStation phone for many years, but nothing has materialised. We're not quite sure it'll be able to knock the iPhone out of the ring though.
